Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you complete control over your e-mail box accounts and email newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your email accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the mail account you would like to redirect emails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else.
